4. If the mixture is to sticky transfer on dry surface and sprinkle some flour and knead it make sure I don't add to much flour
5. Cover it up with a warm wet towel for about an hour or so.
6. After an hour roll it in flour surface and cut it with donut cutter and let it sit for 30minutes covered with a dry clean towel.
7. Deep fry it each side until golden brown and make sure the oil is not too hot.. oil temperature should be about 175°c
